What we collect, and what we don't.
Short version: we collect what you send us in the brief form, plus anonymous analytics about how the site is used. We don't sell it, we don't buy lists, and we don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

What the brief form collects
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, budget range, the service you're after, and your brief. All of it goes to one inbox at Sparkmarke and is used for a single purpose: replying to you. There is no CRM sync, no enrichment service, and no third party in the path — the form posts to a PHP file on our own host.
What the site measures
We record aggregate, anonymous usage — pages viewed, referring source, approximate country, device class. It is never tied to a name or an email address, and it is not used to build a profile of you. If you decline analytics in your browser or run a blocker, the site works exactly the same.
Cookies
The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies. One key is written to sessionStorage — whether you chose to enter with sound — and it is cleared the moment you close the tab. That's the whole of it.
How long we keep it
Brief-form enquiries are kept for two years so we can pick a conversation back up, then deleted. If you become a client, project correspondence is retained for the life of the engagement plus the period our accountants require. Analytics data is retained in aggregate only.
Who else sees it
The four people listed on the About page, and nobody else. We use email and file storage from mainstream providers, who process data on our behalf under their own terms; we do not share, sell, rent or trade your details with anyone for any purpose.
Your rights
Email info@sparkmarke.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We'll action it within thirty days, without asking why and without trying to talk you out of it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
