The terms for using this site.
These cover the website itself. The work we do for clients is governed by a signed statement of work, and that document always wins where the two disagree.

What this site is
A description of a studio and its services. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Pricing shown as "from" is an honest starting point, not a fixed fee — the number in your proposal is the one that counts.
The case studies
Every figure on the Work page came from a real engagement, but past results are exactly that. We don't present them as a forecast, and no reasonable reader should treat them as one. Client names and identifying details are used with permission or anonymised.
Who owns what
The design, code, copy and artwork on sparkmarke.com are ours. You're welcome to link to any page, quote us with attribution, and take screenshots for commentary or review. Wholesale copying of the design or the copy is not covered by that.
Links out
We link to other people's sites where it's useful. We don't control them and can't vouch for what's on them once we've hit publish.
Availability
The site is static and hosted on infrastructure we don't own, so we can't promise it will never be down. We also can't promise it will stay the same — pages, pricing and service descriptions change without notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
